I saw the ENT dr on Thursday for my followup..

He said that since taking it easy had no appreciable effect on my symptoms that now I have to train myself to ignore the disequilibrium by doing head training exercises. Oh joy. I am so annoyed with everyone! Well, just a few people, but that's enough.

Also, I can't find my holiday address list. Of course LAST YEAR I ending up sending Happy Vernal Equinox cards, so it's not like I should be surprised. Especially since last year, technically speaking, is still this year.
